Harvest of the Season

Harvest of the Season provides educational resources for classrooms, gardens, and kitchens that showcase seasonal Utah-grown foods. The program objectives are to:

  • Increase children's knowledge of Utah agriculture and seasonal foods.

  • Increase institutional purchasing of Utah-grown foods.

  • Increase children’s consumption of seasonal Utah-grown foods.

All of our Harvest of the Season materials will soon be hosted on the Utah Ag in the Classroom Website. Check back in November for recipes, lesson plans, and gardening tips.
