As schools let out, childcare centers, summer meal sites, activity centers, and workplaces kick off the summer by celebrating Utah’s abundance of zucchini and other summer squash. While the celebration begins in June, it can continue all summer long—any time you’re enjoying fresh, seasonal produce!
