What to Harvest This Month
This February, enjoy Valentine’s Day with a sweet Beet and Cherry Yogurt Smoothie. Made with frozen Utah cherries and hearty winter beets, it’s a tasty treat you can enjoy all year thanks to preservation methods like drying and freezing.
